Import data from Lookback

You can export your notes from Lookback into Dovetail for analysis, however unfortunately export is only available for those on a Lookback Pro or Enterprise plan.

For each session recording in Lookback:

1. Click the Export button.

2. Choose Export notes as CSV.

Lookback should start to download a CSV file that includes your notes.

Once you have your CSV file from Lookback, you can import this file to create new notes in Dovetail. Inside a project, click a Notes view, then:

1. Click Import.

2. Click Create notes from a spreadsheet.

3. Choose the .csv file you downloaded from Lookback.

You can then map any columns from Lookback as a title for your notes, along with any additional fields.
